How to make Motherwort tincture

40% vodka (e.g., Absolut Vodka)
Mason jar or glass jar
Label + pen
Steps:
Cut the tops and leaves (avoid thick, woody stems).
Place them in a clean glass jar (fill ¾ with the herb).
Pour 40% alcohol over the herb until it’s fully covered.
Seal tightly and label with the date + contents.
Let it infuse for 6 weeks in a dark place, shaking daily.
Strain and store in dark dropper bottles.
Dosage (general): 20-30 drops in water, 3 times a day (you can adjust after professional advice).
